Orders & Minimums

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style/color for most products. For cut & sew services, MOQ is 100 pieces. This allows startups and established brands to test new designs with minimal risk.

Do you accept smaller orders for sampling?

Yes! Sampling is available with just 1-2 pieces. Sample costs apply and are typically deducted from bulk order production.

Can you produce custom designs or only your existing styles?

We do both. You can send your own tech pack (OEM) or work with our design team to develop custom styles (ODM). We also offer private label options from our catalog of proven styles.

Timeline & Production

How long does sampling take?

Sample production typically takes 7-12 days after design approval, depending on complexity.

How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production takes 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit. Delivery times vary by order size and complexity.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes, we can accommodate rush orders depending on current capacity. Please contact us to discuss your timeline.

Pricing & Payment

How do I get a quote?

What are your payment terms?

Typically 50% deposit to begin production, 50% balance before shipment. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

Are sample costs refundable?

Sample costs are usually deducted from your bulk order production once you proceed with full production.

Fabrics & Customization

What fabrics do you work with?

We work with a wide range including cotton, organic cotton, wool, acrylic blends, mohair, French terry, fleece, recycled polyester, and technical fabrics. Fabric weights range from 160g to 580g depending on product type.

What customization options do you offer?

We offer embroidery (3D, chenille, patch, flat), screen printing, DTG, puff printing, sublimation, custom labels, and specialty finishes. Pantone color matching is available for brand consistency.

Can you source sustainable materials?

Yes, we offer GOTS organic cotton, recycled polyester (rPET), Tencel™, and other eco-friendly options.

We conduct multi-stage inspections: fabric intake, cutting, in-production, and pre-shipment. Our ISO 9001 certified quality management system ensures consistency across all orders.
