Welcome to Natisi Custom Apparel. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Information

Natisi Custom Apparel is a clothing manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. We provide custom apparel manufacturing services including OEM, ODM, and Private Label production.

2. Orders & Quotations

  • All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and deposit payment.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are specified per product and start from 50 pieces.
  • Sample costs may apply and will be communicated before production.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment terms: 50% deposit to begin production, 50% balance before shipment.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Sample production: 7-12 days after design approval.
  • Bulk production: 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Quality Control

  • All products undergo multi-stage quality inspection before shipment.
  • If products do not meet agreed specifications, we will rework or refund as appropriate.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your designs and trademarks.
  • We will not use your designs for any other client without your permission.
  • For ODM services, designs developed jointly may have shared rights as agreed.

7. Cancellations & Changes

  • Order changes can be made before sample production begins.
  • Cancellations after deposit may incur fees for work already completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or in Guangzhou courts.
